To get noticed, you need to apply for work and push your blog to the top of the level. In this article, I will be walking you through some essential tips you should keep in mind as a blogger.

5 Logical QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK YOURSELF AS A BLOGGER

Is Blogging for You?

Wait a sec. Ask yourself – Are you a Blogger?, I meant the one who does what it takes to be on the list. No offense.

To be frank, blogging is not always for everyone. I’ve seen many people who blog just to get famous and by seeing other professional bloggers hit the top news. You can’t be famous without doing anything. It’s a fair game, right? You have to consider blogging as a passion and should understand that Blogging is not something you do for money.

Ops, I almost missed something…

Are you Blogging for Quick Money?

Most of the newbie bloggers think blogging is from where you can bag some real notes and if you are just another one consider the case like that, the door is always open and you can abandon your blog now itself. Have a better life.

To earn money from a blog, you have to make your blog worth reading. be aware of the truth that running a blog is definitively not a Scheme to Get Rich Instantaneously.

“Money does not grow on trees. It is being transferred through people and to bag the perfect, you have to be Worth it. You have to make use of your brain, skills and finally opportunities to earn some.”

I’m not discouraging you by any means. I’m just trying to share the fact that Blogging is from where your expectations will work only when you work harder. Sorry, did I say work hard? I meant Work Smart. Being smart is a hundred times worth than working hard.

Are you Working Smart?

Working hard and working smart are two different things when it comes to both effort and results.

I know some of those newbie bloggers who work hard and concentrate on some tactics again and again. In the end, their results will make them dissatisfied and sometimes really sad too.

But most of those Pros like Harsh Agarwal and Amit Shaw play the game wiser and smarter. They are fighting the game by making use of all their knowledge to its limit.

You might have wasted your loads of time by backlinking like a mad man and probably with no great results at all. But do you know that ‘if you gain attention from the readers with your comments, you can grab their love and turn them into your loyal readers?’

2 months ago, you should have called me ‘Weird’ if you have seen the way I used to comment on other blogs. Yeah, no kidding. I was always just thanking the authors and copy-pasting the comments everywhere. I think only 20% of them approved them.

But last week, I somehow ended up on a blog post, which made me comment from my heart. I said a long thing which was interesting to others. lol, And when I was going through the traffic analytics of my blog yesterday. It was like WOW. There were about 250 Unique page views referred from that blog and they almost became my loyal readers.

So from the next time on the ward, think before you act and think wiser. Good luck.

Are you Throwing Great Quality Content to your Readers?

You might have probably heard that ‘Content is King’ if you are a blogger. And if you ask me, that’s the biggest lie I’ve ever heard.

You can’t stand out in the content of my just content. You need Quality Content.

You should be delivering great quality content for your readers. They are the base of your blog. Make them disappointed and you will lose them.

Try to output these things from the next time…

Relevant Content.

Relevancy is something you should keep an eye on to keep it straight. Follow popular blogs and stay updated. Read some news.

Simple Content.

I know some pretty skilled bloggers who used to write astonishing content but lose the game. They almost make it hard for the readers and confuse them forcing them to combine the alt+f4 buttons.

So, try making it simple and informative at the same time. Gain some love from your readers.

 Human Content.

If you write like a robot. I’m pretty sure that you won’t win the hearts of your readers. Just be human and act Human.

Spice up your posts by including humor and content that can help the readers to think.

Adding personal experience in your articles is also worth doing.

Value to Return.

Each time your readers leave your blog, make sure they are leaving with some value. This will make them think of your blog and hopefully return to it when they are lost or on feeling to read.

Are you having a Perfect Design for your Blog?

The design matters. When I say Perfect, what I meant is the proper navigation, professional look, cool interface, clean and simple layout. Combining these, you get a perfect design.

The navigation and layout are something you should put in first because it’s up to you to make it easier for your readers to go through your blog and read more articles.

Make it easier for them and you won’t regret it.

What’s the value of having great content and poor design. You, readers, are bound to stay away from your blog if the design sucks. Science says that visual treatment impresses people more than they get from thinking. So make good use of it. A professional design is something you should have on your blog.

Good luck with your blog. Don’t give up on it, go ahead. Always remember to work smartly to stand out in the crowd.
